Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 8 May 2025  ·  Effective date: 8 May 2025

Please read these terms before using this website or engaging Thessil for any service. By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.

3. Service Description

Thessil provides configuration services for text-based customer support assistants. These services are professional consulting engagements delivered to business clients in Malaysia. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each service are described on this website and confirmed in writing before any work begins.

We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes — such as ticket volume reductions or satisfaction score improvements — as these depend on factors outside our control, including how clients use and maintain the configured assistant after delivery.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, structure, and design — is owned by or licensed to Thessil. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without written permission.

Content you provide to us for service delivery (such as help articles) remains your property. We use it solely to perform the agreed service and do not retain it beyond the periods specified in our Privacy Policy.

Deliverables produced during an engagement (configuration summaries, maintenance guides) are provided for your use upon full payment of the service fee.

6. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted and invoiced in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment terms are specified in the engagement proposal for each service. Services begin upon receipt of payment or as otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees for completed work are non-refundable. If you cancel a project before completion, any work completed to the date of cancellation is billable at the proportional rate.

7. Service Delivery

Timelines stated on this website are estimates based on typical engagements. Actual delivery timelines may vary depending on the volume and quality of content provided, client response times, and the complexity of the configuration required.

We will communicate any material change to the expected timeline as soon as it becomes apparent.

8. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not make any representations about the accuracy or completeness of the information on this site.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or technical advice. Engage a qualified professional if you require advice in those areas.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Thessil's liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or a service engagement is limited to the fee paid for the specific service to which the claim relates.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost revenue, data loss, or reputational harm.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice. Fees for work completed to the date of termination remain payable.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if we determine that the engagement cannot be delivered to an acceptable standard with the content provided.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.

Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective from the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of this website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
